Jugend & Kulturprojekt e.V.

Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. is a not-for-profit and non-governmental association located in Dresden, Germany. Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. was established in August 2004 and its main aim is to design, organise, implement and monitor international projects in the fields of culture and art. Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. promotes cultural exchange whilst also fostering young people's and adults' soft and professional skills using non-formal learning methods.

The association provides opportunities to people over 18 years old to participate in international training courses, seminars, youth exchanges, conferences, volunteer work and cultural events in Dresden and abroad. The association has partners all over Europe and emphasises the EU's history, politics and society with the aim to raise EU awareness and promote EU citizenship.

Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V’s team is comprised of project managers, fundraisers, event managers, social and youth workers, trainers and educators, graphic and web designers, video makers, photographers, architects, musicians, visual artists and performers who work together in local and international projects.

The association has diverse experience in event management. Since 2004, the association has hosted cultural festivals, art exhibitions, concerts, street parades, performances, conferences and gala shows at a local, national and international level.

Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. also provides opportunities to young people for vocational education and training. Young people, students and young professionals at entry level are welcome to apply for a traineeshipinternship or European Voluntary Service – EVS.
